Accepting invites to a classic Percy organization

With Browserstack acquiring Percy, all new accounts for Percy are created by signing in with a Browserstack identity.

Classic Percy organizations will continue to exist, but you cannot invite a Browserstack managed/created account into a classic Percy organization. If you attempt this, you will receive an error stating:

This invitation can only be accepted by a Percy user who is not managed by BrowserStack.

In order to work around this, you will need to create a classic Percy account here: https://percy.io/invite-login once that's done, you will be able to accept the invite to the classic Percy organization while logged into that account.

Emails for accounts must be unique

Every Percy account must have a unique email address. If you created a Browserstack managed Percy account, you may need to sign up with a different email address ([email protected]). If you can't do this, you will need to reach out to support.
