Accepting invites to a classic Percy organization
Learn how to accept invites to a classic Percy organization
With Browserstack acquiring Percy, all new accounts for Percy are created by signing in with a Browserstack identity.
Classic Percy organizations will continue to exist, but you cannot invite a Browserstack managed/created account into a classic Percy organization. If you attempt this, you will receive an error stating:
This invitation can only be accepted by a Percy user who is not managed by BrowserStack.
In order to work around this, you will need to create a classic Percy account here: https://percy.io/invite-login once that’s done, you will be able to accept the invite to the classic Percy organization while logged into that account.
- Every Percy account must have a unique email address. If you created a Browserstack managed Percy account, you may need to sign up with a different email address (example+percy@example.com). If you can’t do this, you will need to reach out to support.
